I had a really comfortable stay here. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the staff at the reception were very polite and welcoming. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially liked how attentive the staff were throughout my stay. Whenever I needed something, they responded quickly and were always courteous. Housekeeping also did a good job keeping the room neat and fresh. The food was enjoyable as well, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. I never felt like I had to worry about anything during my stay. Overall, it was a genuinely good experience. The combination of comfortable rooms, helpful staff, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere made my stay memorable. He was proactive, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care well in advance, From planning the layout to guiding us through the menu and decor options, his support made entire process smooth and stress-free. The hall was very well-maintained, clean, and beautifully managed. The staff was extremely cooperative and responsive throughout the event. A special mention to Raj ji from the marketing team, who was very helpful and professional from the beginning, and Arvind ji from operations, who ensured that everything was managed smoothly during the function. This is an excellent hotel with great customer service. The room was clean and the room service was very responsive. The best part for me was the flexibility offered by the onsite restaurant due to certain food restriction I had. The cook did an awesome job accommodating my request with ease.
